+ What should I wear?
We recommend you wear gloves for comfort. Dress appropriately for outdoor activity and wear suitable clothing for the environment and weather. Do not wear sandals or flip flops, loose clothing is better as it can get warm in the leisure centre. You need to make sure you have the correct footwear which can’t fall off easily and is comfortable for running / being active. This should offer protection to your toes and heel. Please do not wear sandals, flip flops, slip-off or high heel shoes. Your stomach area will need to be covered to prevent the harness rubbing, and long hair must be tied back to prevent entanglements in the equipment. You will be supplied a Battle Tag headband with sensor and Falcon Laser gun, so please dress accordingly to allow for this.

We recommend you bring a copy of your booking email (digital or print) to ensure that we can locate your booking easily.

+ When do I need to arrive?
Please report at least 10 mins prior to your session. Please also allow plenty of time to park your car.
